REFUND POLICY


Perishable Goods Policy

Because our Edma Beans are a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on food items due to health and safety regulations. 


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at genxmarketshopify@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

* To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Please include your order number and photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect product.


Refunds

If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
